A growing school in Hitchin Hertfordshire is looking for a capable IT Support Technician to provide technical support across the school.
The successful candidate will assist staff and students with day-to-day technology issues and will help ensure that computers devices and classroom technology remain operational.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting hardware and software
Providing first-line technical support
Setting up laptops and devices
Supporting classroom technology
Assisting with user accounts
Installing software and updates
Resolving connectivity issues
Maintaining IT equipment
Logging support requests
Escalating complex technical issues
The successful applicant should have good technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Previous education-sector experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
