Were looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead some of the most important digital transformation initiatives supporting that journey.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering the software platforms and capabilities that will underpin the next generation of Aston Martin vehicles. Working at the intersection of technology engineering and business transformation youll lead complex programmes that help shape how software is developed managed deployed and maintained across our evolving vehicle ecosystem.

Youll be joining Aston Martin at an exciting point in our transformation. As vehicles become increasingly connected intelligent and software-driven the platforms that support them become just as important as the engineering excellence they enable. Your role will be to bring together teams stakeholders and suppliers to ensure critical programmes are delivered successfully creating technology foundations that will support our vehicles for years to come.

Working closely with colleagues across IT Software & Electronics Engineering Enterprise Architecture Cybersecurity and Vehicle Programmes youll provide the structure leadership and momentum needed to turn ambitious plans into reality. Whether youre managing delivery roadmaps coordinating implementation partners navigating technical dependencies or ensuring business readiness youll be at the centre of some of our most strategically important initiatives.

Were looking for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing clarity to challenging programmes. Youll be comfortable balancing technical delivery with stakeholder management risk management governance and business engagement. Youll know how to build credibility quickly influence decision-making and maintain momentum even when managing multiple priorities across a diverse stakeholder landscape.

To succeed in this role youll already have a strong track record delivering complex IT projects from initiation through to implementation. Experience leading digital transformation programmes enterprise technology projects or large-scale business change initiatives will be essential. Youll be confident managing budgets risks suppliers and cross-functional teams while maintaining focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Were particularly interested in individuals who have experience working within software platforms software lifecycle environments systems integration programmes or product-focused technology landscapes. Experience gained within automotive manufacturing or similarly complex engineering-led organisations would be highly advantageous although were equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate transferable expertise from other industries.

Youll bring a structured and organised approach strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity while ensuring projects remain on track. A degree-level qualification alongside PRINCE2 PMP or an equivalent project management certification is essential.

Based at our Gaydon headquarters this role offers flexible working arrangements with occasional travel to other Aston Martin locations as required.
