IT BUSINESS ANALYST SYSTEMS DESIGNER

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst / Systems Designer to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. The successful candidate will analyse business processes define system requirements and work closely with technical teams to design effective and scalable solutions.

• Gather analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse existing systems processes and workflows.
• Create functional specifications process maps user stories and system documentation.
• Design and recommend appropriate IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with developers architects project managers and business users.
• Support system integration testing UAT and implementation activities.
• Identify system gaps risks dependencies and opportunities for optimisation.
• Assist with change management and post-implementation support.

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in business analysis systems analysis or systems design.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC requirements gathering and process modelling.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence Visio or similar is an advantage.
