As Internal Sales Assistant you will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and a seamless customer experience. If youre a strong communicator with a passion for service and sales this is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

What youll be doing:

• Respond to customer enquiries with accurate timely information
• Handle inbound sales and make outbound calls to both new and existing customers
• Process customer orders with 100% accuracy
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive the right products on time
• Process purchase orders and liaise with our logistics team to coordinate deliveries
• Advise customers on the most suitable products for their needs and specifications
