We are looking for individuals with a passion for digital innovation to join the Information & Digital Technology (IDT) organization as part of the Shell Graduate Programme. IDT is an integral part of Shells business with a long heritage of delivering digital solutions to support Shells unique business capabilities.
Across two 18-month rotations youll build a strong foundation in technology gain exposure to Shells business domains and develop the commercial acumen needed to deliver impactful digital solutions.
We are excited to connect with graduates from both technology disciplines and adjacent fields including but not limited to:
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Artificial Intelligence
- Software Engineering
- Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Physics or Geoscience
- Economics
Note: While candidates can express interest in multiple business streams we particularly welcome applications for Information & Digital Technology (IDT). Candidates who are most interested in this area are encouraged to select it as their first preference.

Requirements
You thrive by analysing problems making objective decisions and coming up with original ideas. You should have the drive and resilience to get things done the flexibility to work well as part of a team and the credibility to influence others.
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:
- You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in the United Kingdom graduating in 2027 or within the last three years
- You must have graduated with or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree or equivalent grade.
- We value a strong academic record but there are no specific academic requirements for grades at A-Level or GCSE equivalents.
