Salary/Hours: MPS/UPS dependent on experience
Wayman Education is recruiting for an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher to join a secondary school in Birmingham from January 2027. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons across the Humanities curriculum.
The school is committed to high standards of teaching and learning and provides students with opportunities to develop their knowledge confidence and critical-thinking skills.
Teach Humanities across KS3 and KS4.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
Support students with different abilities and learning needs.
Assess student progress and provide feedback.
Contribute to departmental development and wider school life.
QTS or recognised teaching qualification.
Strong Humanities subject knowledge.
Secondary school teaching experience.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to supporting students to achieve their potential.
