Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in Kettering. This is a varied hands-on role where youll support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle while working closely with senior management.
This position would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment has excellent organisational skills and is confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising vacancies liaising with candidates and agencies shortlisting arranging interviews and issuing recruitment documentation.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes including starters leavers contractual changes and employee benefits.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
- Manage employee absence records in line with company policy including Bradford Factor monitoring.
- Support training and development activities across the business.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR and payroll systems.
- Manage the time and attendance system.
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support with organisational change processes including redundancy and TUPE where required.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A CIPD qualification.
- Previous experience working within a small HR team.
- Experience using an integrated HR and payroll system.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive adaptable approach to work.
