About the role

Were looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and provide essential support across a variety of this role youll work closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise to help delivergreat employee experiences and keep our HR operations running smoothly. Youll be a trusted point of contactfor employees and managers helping guide them through HR processes systems and daytoday queries. Thisis a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problemsolving managing details accurately and contributingto meaningful work that impacts our people every day.

Location - Nottingham NG90 (On-Site Monday to Friday)

Your responsibilities

Partner with HR Business Partners to support local HR projects and help bring businessgoals to life
Assist with vendor management for employee services such as benefits or outplacementsupport
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records ensuring all documentation andcorrespondence is complete and compliant
Collaborate with HRBPs Legal Counsel and other partners to ensure compliance withemployment laws and regulations
Support the ongoing development and improvement of HR policies processes andprocedures
Provide guidance to managers and employees on selfservice HR tools especially duringtransitions or system updates
Help ensure alignment between HR activities wider project goals and business priorities

The experience were looking for

Previous experience in delivering HR work with strong attention to detail and a focus onquality
Bring a good understanding of HR policies processes and employment legislation
Can apply their HR knowledge appropriately across a variety of tasks and situations
Feel confident advising others and supporting teams on HR compliance and best practice
Are proactive organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment
Previous experience working within a Manufacturing setting
Good Microsoft Skills such as Excel
