Job Summary
HR Administrator
What youll be doing:
- Processing and administering payroll for all employees making sure everythings accurate and compliant
- Maintaining employee records including contracts personal details and attendance
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding from paperwork to system updates
- Handling benefits admin and answering employee queries on payroll and HR policy
- Keeping on top of compliance with employment law and internal policy
- Pulling together HR reports and helping with audits
- Liaising with finance and external payroll providers
- Getting stuck into wider HR projects as needed
What youll bring:
- UK Experience in HR and payroll administration or hands on administration experience.
- Good working knowledge of payroll systems and employment legislation is preferred but not essential
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and any HRIS systems
- Great communication skills and the discretion to handle confidential information properly
- Client is happy with full time or part time hours Monday to Friday.
