What youll be doing

Youll work as part of a dedicated team supporting clients daily to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes. Your role combines meaningful support work with practical housing management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as keyworker to named clients helping them live as independently as possible
  • Assist clients to meet personalised support plans and access community services
  • Carry out housing management activities including rent collection and tenancy management
  • Conduct risk assessments and health and safety checks
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure client safety
About you

Youll need passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills.

Essential skills:

  • Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
  • Strong time management skills delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines
  • Computer literacy (Excel Word Outlook and Internet)

Salary: 28000 p.a. benefits on call allowances

Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
