Are you currently working within a hotel in a guest-facing role and looking to move into reservations or build a career within revenue and front office This could be the perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation ensuring a seamless and professional booking experience.
  
• Handle calls emails and online enquiries providing accurate information and promoting the hotels facilities to maximise revenue opportunities.
  
• Work closely with the front office and revenue teams to ensure availability rates and guest requirements are correctly managed.
  
• You will maintain accurate booking records and ensure all details are clearly communicated across departments.
  
• Support in upselling rooms packages and additional services while delivering a high level of customer service at every touchpoint.
  
• Assist with group bookings and support wider administrative duties within the reservations function.
