Job Overview
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a History Teacher to join a forward-thinking school with high expectations for both staff and pupils. The successful candidate will teach History across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and contribute to the continued development of the subject.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver well-planned and engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4
Develop pupils historical knowledge analysis and evaluation skills
Prepare pupils effectively for GCSE examinations
Use assessment information to identify areas for intervention
Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
Establish positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

Candidate Requirements
QTS or recognised teaching qualification
Degree in History or a related subject
