HGV Prep Technician

Were recruiting for an HGV Prep Technician to join a leading commercial vehicle workshop in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with servicing or preparation experience who wants outstanding training genuine career progression and flexible working.

• basic salary

• 6000 bonus potential

• Clear progression to Senior HGV Technician roles earning 60000

• ADR VCA and Tachograph qualifications available

Youll be responsible for preparing HGVs to the highest standards including:

• Servicing and routine maintenance

• Pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)

• Vehicle health checks

• Minor repairs and rectification work

• Replacing service items including brakes filters and fluids

• Completing workshop documentation accurately

• Experience as an HGV Prep Technician HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician

• Level 3 qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)

• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence

• Positive attitude and willingness to develop
