HGV Class 2 Driver

You will be responsible for completing multi-drop collections and deliveries ensuring all work is carried out safely efficiently and in line with planned routes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing multi-drop collections and deliveries to customer locations
• Accurate completion of paperwork and Proof of Delivery (PODs)
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Compliance with tachograph rules drivers hours and the Road Transport Directive
• Ensuring vehicle and load security at all times
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Qualifications :

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• Valid UK Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good working knowledge of transport legislation and drivers hours
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Multi-drop experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
