HGV Class 1 Night Trunker

We are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Night Trucker Driver to join our Transport Team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for delivering goods between our branches to enable us to supply our fellow customers with available products and an excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries and collections between our UK branches
• Supervise the safe loading/unloading of goods about the vehicle
• Ensure the load is correct and in keeping with customers orders
• Flag any errors and consult with Operations Manager or Sales team accordingly

Key skills

• Valid commercial driving licence (CE) with a clean driving record.
• Valid Driver CPC
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for transporting goods.
• Good UK geographical knowledge
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
