A growing technical services team is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join their Rushden head office.

This is a key technical role supporting customers and field engineers diagnosing faults and finding solutions across mechanical electrical and controls systems.

What youll be doing

• Provide technical advice to customers and engineers over the phone.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Process technical jobs and identify the parts and tooling required.
• Support field engineers with technical advice and guidance.
• Work closely with the Customer Service and Engineering teams.
• Use internal systems to manage and progress technical jobs.
• Help improve processes reduce downtime and get issues resolved quickly.

-Strong varied engineering knowledge mechanical electrical & controls
-Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability
-Confident and professional with customers
-IT confident and comfortable using systems daily
-A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
-Based within a commutable distance of Rushden
