A satisfying role

Put simply youll make sure our people work in safe and positive environments throughout their careers with us. Working with the central H&S team and colleagues across the site youll embed new initiatives and training programmes in areas ranging from induction and H&S to compliance and skills cross-training. Youll also analyse monthly data to identify areas of improvement and develop tailored training plans in response. 

What you bring to the mix

A natural communicator with a genuine passion for Health & Safety youve got what it takes to thrive with Us:

• Experience in working with managers on risk assessments accident investigations and reports

• A NEBOSH certificate or an NVQ Level 3 

• Knowledge of H&S policies and ISO45001 compliance

• The ability to work positively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams

• Experience in planning and delivering training

• A valid full UK driving licence.
