Featherbank Selection is proud to be partnering with a luxury care home group in London to appoint a Head of Operations. This is a newly shaped senior role with responsibility for driving operational excellence and ensuring exceptional outcomes for residents team members and all stakeholders across the group.

This is a group known for stunning homes exceptional care and hospitality with very strong ethics and values. They are committed to creating an outstanding experience for residents and families while building a culture where teams can thrive.

Working closely with the senior leadership team you will provide operational leadership across the group supporting Home Managers and strengthening the systems processes and structures that enable the homes to perform at their very best.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building something excellent developing great teams and making things work better.

You will have a broad operational remit working closely with Home Managers and senior leaders to drive performance strengthen consistency and create an exceptional experience across every home.

You will stay closely connected to the homes working alongside Home Managers to provide operational support identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that high standards are embedded across every aspect of the resident and team experience.

Key areas

• Leading operations across luxury care homes in London and the surrounding areas

• Working closely with Home Managers to drive performance consistency and high standards

• Developing and embedding systems processes and ways of working that support operational excellence

• Supporting commissioning mobilisation and operational change across the group

• Working closely with the IT Director to improve systems reporting and digital tools

• Coaching and developing Home Managers and operational teams

• Driving continuous improvement across the homes and sharing best practice

• Ensuring an exceptional resident and family experience with hospitality at the heart of the operation

• Providing clear insight and recommendations to the Executive Team and Board
  

• Senior experience in operations within the luxury care home sector

• A strong track record of leading multi-site operations and supporting Home Managers

• A genuine understanding of exceptional care hospitality and resident experience

• Strong values and a passion for creating outstanding environments for residents and teams

• Experience driving operational performance consistency and continuous improvement

• A natural leader who enjoys developing people and creating high-performing teams

• Commercially aware with the ability to understand performance and turn insight into action

• Comfortable working at both strategic and operational level from supporting Home Managers to working with the Board

• Registered Nurse is desirable but not essential

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the group
