What youll be doing
As our Kitchen Manager youll be at the heart of the operation leading every service with energy and confidence. Youll:
- Lead by example in the kitchen setting the pace and standards.
- Inspire coach and develop your team to be their very best.
- Manage stock ordering and GP to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
- Take ownership of opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure food quality cleanliness and safety standards are consistently exceptional.
- Work closely with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
