Tilhill the UKs leading forestry management company is looking for a motivated and experiencedHarvesting Managerto join our Harvesting Southern Team.

As a key member of the team youll be responsible for managing harvesting operations across your designated area including contractor and customer relationships stand valuations breakout and P&L responsibility. Youll also play an important role in securing new harvesting opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the area.

Were looking for someone with relevant supervisory experience strong commercial safety and environmental awareness and the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills self-motivation and a proactive approach are essential along with a full driving licence.
