Make a difference as a Guest Support Assistant

Working with kids requires energy confidence and effort; but we guarantee its never ever boring.

Youll often be the first friendly face our visitors meet providing a big PGL welcome and exude friendliness and professionalism at all times. Youll be on hand to help our guests for the duration of their adventure break with any questions queries or problems they might have whilst staying with us.

Are you a PGL person

You will have some experience within a customer service role and competent with IT systems. Alongside this your character is what we value most. PGL people are:
