Genuine Dining Support Operations Manager

Overview of role:

This role is integral to ensuring our sites consistently deliver exceptional food service compliance and financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Working closely with Operations Managers Site Managers and support functions you will provide operational guidance project support and hands-on assistance across multiple catering contracts. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator capable of building relationships with clients and teams while driving continuous improvement throughout the business.

Main Responsibilities:

Projects and Continuous Improvement

• Assist with implementation of new systems processes and best practices.
• Share successful initiatives and best practice across contracts.
• Drive track and measure the impact of new initiatives innovation

Operational Support

• Support multiple sites or contracts ensuring consistent delivery of operational standards.
• Support General Managers and site teams to deliver excellence across all areas.

Quality Standards & Compliance

• Ensure all services comply with legal regulatory and company requirements.
• Support the team onsite to ensure the highest standards of food quality presentation and service across all operations.
• Support internal audits risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold The Genuine Dining Companys brand and reputation at every level.

Qualifications :

Skills & Attributes

• Proven experience in a General Manager role within contract catering or hospitality.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong understanding of food service client catering and hospitality standards.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on solution-focused approach.
• Professional credible and confident.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding service and customer experience.
