Genuine Dining Barista General Assistant

Overview of role:

As a Barista/GA you will be a key part of our front-of-house team delivering exceptional coffee and customer service in a vibrant fast-paced environment. You will take pride in crafting high-quality drinks maintaining a clean and welcoming space and building strong relationships with our customers. This role is hands-on energetic and perfect for someone who thrives on teamwork and great service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve customers to the highest standard going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
• Build strong friendly relationships with regular and new customers alike.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.
• Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
• Set up the coffee station with all necessary supplies and equipment for a successful shift.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.
• Maintain a clean tidy and well-organized coffee station throughout the day.
• Clean and care for coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Supporting with orders of all coffee cleaning ad disposable supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Assist in the preparation and display of food items ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Keep counters displays and service areas clean tidy and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Keep seating and service areas clean tidy and inviting for customers at all times.
• Support your fellow team membersteamwork is essential to our success.
• Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.
