The ideal candidate has experience running a similar style of business and has plenty of creativity to mould the offer and drive sales - creating more reasons to visit and increasing that connection with the local community. Lots of opportunity to grow sales through becoming the social hub of the community.

Running a Pub for Youngs:

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses. Were all about freedom within a framework - you decide whatgoes on the food menu - and that doesnt mean picking from a bank of recipes!You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with yourbusiness vision!
