Job Title: Fulfilment Process Analyst

Location: Cambridge or London hybrid

The job

The Fulfilment Process Analystis responsible forsupporting continuous improvement governance and operational excellence across theendtoendfulfilment processes. The role ensures process efficiencyhighqualityexecution consistent documentation and effective stakeholder engagement to support smoothbusinessasusual(BAU) operations and strategic transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process Improvement Execution
• BAU Change Requests (CRs)
• Change Management
• Process Documentation Update
• Engagement with the Training Team

Essential requirements

• Analysis and problem solving
• Experience with change management process governance or continuous improvement programs is an advantage.
• Ability to influence and collaborate acrosscrossfunctionalteams.
• Excellent communication documentation andstakeholdermanagementskills.
• Comfortable operating infastpacedenvironments with multiple priorities.

Desired skills

• Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or similar).
• Experience working with Salesforce development teams
• Strong understanding of fulfilmentordertoinvoice or operational process management within an enterprise software business

We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection. Some positions are fully office-based depending on the nature of the work and certain roles that support specific customers or markets may be remote.
