Front of House General Assistant

• Greet guests warmly and professionally ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly professional and efficient manner while ensuring all requests are promptly addressed
• Provide outstanding customer service by remaining attentive to guests needs throughout their visit and responding to questions and concerns with empathy and positivity
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and back-of-house teams to support seamless operations and contribute to a safe inclusive working environment
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and detail-oriented even during peak service periods
• Demonstrate adaptability and a solution-oriented approach when addressing challenges or unexpected situations
• Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism and emotional intelligence resolving concerns with grace and efficiency
• Comply with all food service guidelines health and safety regulations and organizational policies
