Food & Beverage Shift Leader

Our hotel offers 297 modern guest rooms and is ideally located in the heart of London just moments from Southwark and Blackfriars stations.

As our next Food & Beverage Shift Leader you will be a key part of our Food & Beverage team leading service within Charlies Corner Bar & Restaurant and helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

You will:

• Lead motivate and support the Food & Beverage team throughout each shift
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure high standards are maintained at all times
• Take responsibility for the smooth operation of Charlies Corner during your shift with a strong focus on evening service
• Train and develop team members helping them reach their full potential
• Ensure compliance with food safety health & safety and brand standards
• Assist with stock control ordering wastage management and inventory processes
• Support daily financial procedures end-of-day reporting and banking all finances
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any issues
• Work closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will:

• Have previous Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership experience
• Be passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be fluent in English
• Be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and bank holidays although the role will predominantly involve evening shifts
• Be confident leading a team in a busy service environment

Salary: 32042.40 per annum monthly tips

Hours: 39 hours per week
