Food & Beverage Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
- Lead train motivate and develop the F&B team to deliver excellent service
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service food quality presentation and hygiene
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback and complaints
- Manage staffing levels rotas attendance and departmental performance
- Control food beverage labour and operational costs
- Monitor stock levels purchasing wastage and inventory control
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient service
- Ensure compliance with health safety food hygiene licensing and company policies
- Manage F&B budgets and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Analyse sales costs and performance reports and implement improvements where required
- Support menu development promotions events and new F&B initiatives
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure value for money
- Maintain a clean safe and professional environment across all F&B areas
- Ensure the team consistently follows company standards and procedures
- Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations
Qualifications
- Previous management experience within Food & Beverage hospitality restaurants hotels or a similar environment
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of F&B operations stock control and cost management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food safety hygiene and health & safety standards
- Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Flexible approach to working hours including evenings weekends and holidays when required
- Good IT and administrative skills
