Transform has ambitious plans and this is a great opportunity for a dynamic self-motivated and experienced Finance Officer - Reporting to join the Finance team.

• Prepare management accounts that inform key business decisions
• Support service charges housing and overhead budget preparation
• Manage capital expenditure accounting
• Account for fundraising income
• Complete statistical returns

• Strong experience in preparing management accounts
• At least 2 years of experience in a management accounting role with business partner focus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and use financial data effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/AAT)
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge
