Finance Assistant

Kerry Robert Associates is partnering with a prestigious five-star London hotel to find a commercially minded Finance Assistant / Cost Controller with a passion for Food & Beverage cost control.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury hotel where you can make a real impact on profitability working closely with the Finance team and operational departments in a fully self-accounting environment.

What will you be doing

• Taking ownership of F&B cost control stock management and regular stocktakes.
  
• Analysing food and beverage costs investigating variances and identifying opportunities to improve margins.
  
• Working alongside chefs restaurant teams and F&B managers to control wastage and maximise profitability.
  
• Reviewing supplier invoices purchase orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy and value for money.
  
• Supporting month-end reporting reconciliations and financial analysis.
  
• Helping maintain strong financial controls across the hotel.
  

• Previous F&B cost control experience within a hotel is essential.
  
• Experience in a four- or five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment would be ideal.
  
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with figures reports and stock data.
  
• A keen eye for detail a naturally analytical mindset and the confidence to work with operational teams.
  
• Someone proactive who enjoys getting into the detail and finding ways to improve costs without compromising the guest experience.
  

• Salary range: 35000 to 40000
