Finance Administrator

What youll be doing

• Investigate and resolve invoice matching variances within agreed service levels.
• Provide excellent support to General Managers helping with credits stock adjustments delivery and stock queries.
• Manage customer queries through our Pub Query System ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional way.
• Challenge variances and investigate the root cause identifying where processes have failed and recommending improvements.
• Work closely with teams across Finance Purchasing IT and our external suppliers to resolve queries and improve processes.
• Complete day-to-day reporting and support with ad hoc requests when required.

• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues suppliers and stakeholders.
• A collaborative team-focused approach.
• The ability to manage deadlines and performance targets.
• Some experience using IT systems such as Excel and Outlook.
• The ability to analyse information and present findings clearly and concisely.

Dont have all the experience Thats okay. Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
