Talented People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Vending Engineer on behalf of our growing client in the vending industry. This is a field-based role covering Birmingham ideal for someone who thrives on the road and is passionate about delivering excellent technical support and customer service.

As a Vending Engineer youll be responsible for the maintenance repair and breakdown support of a range of vending machines installed across commercial sites. Youll be the face of the company ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.

• Shifts: Monday to Friday 1 Saturday per month
• Salary: 30000 - 31000 Door-to-Door Overtime
• Travel: Fully field-based with company van provided
• Equipment: Company tools and equipment provided

As a Vending Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on vending machines snack/cold drinks machines and coffee machines.
• Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on-site.
• Accurately report and document each job including arrival departure and customer confirmation.
• Manage van stock and tools including ordering receipting and returning parts.
• Provide professional customer service while representing the company on-site.
