Job Purpose
The Campus Field Engineer provides flexible on-site technical support across multiple customer locations ensuring uninterrupted service delivery during planned and unplanned absences.The majority ofthe customer locations are inManchester LiverpoolLeedsand York.Therole also supports project delivery IT refreshes migrations and service improvement initiatives across a diverse customer portfolio.UK SC clearanceis required tobe obtained andmaintainedthroughout employment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site field engineering support across multiple customer campuses and locations.
Cover planned and unplanned absences.
Deliver DSS support and IMAC activities.
Diagnose and resolve hardware software and peripheral issues.
Support customer projects deployments refreshes and migrations.
Provide VIP and VVIP support.
Support Audio Visual and meeting room technologies.
Maintainaccuratedocumentation andcomply withcustomer processes and SLAs.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Skills & Experience
DSS IMAC Apple Mac PC Hardware Software Support VIP & VVIP Support Audio Visual Support Customer Service Asset Management Ticketing Systems Windows OS Basic Networking.
Qualifications
Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience. ITIL Foundation and vendor certifications desirable. Full UK drivinglicence& suitable vehicle.
