We are seeking a professional and confident Female Security Officer to join our expanding UK hospitality security team. This role requires a woman due to duties involving female searches privacysensitive areas and guest safeguarding requirements.

You will play a key part in maintaining a safe welcoming and secure environment for guests staff performers and VIP clientele

• Maintain a confident professional and approachable security presence throughout the venue.
• Ensure the safety and protection of guests staff and property across hotel and theatre environments.
• Carry out female searches in accordance with venue policy safeguarding standards and legal requirements.
• Oversee access control monitor entry points and support all search procedures.
• Conduct thorough internal and external patrols to identify and address potential risks.
• Manage crowd flow and guest safety during live performances events and peak periods.
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents emergencies and disturbances ensuring calm and controlled resolution.
• Produce clear accurate and detailed incident reports and maintain all required records.
• Communicate professionally with venue management staff teams and emergency services when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring guests feel safe supported and welcomed at all times.

You must live 45 minutes commute from Watford.

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
• Experience within hotels theatres or hospitality venues
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and conflictmanagement skills
• Smart professional appearance
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays
