Were recruiting a reliable and hands-on Facilities Assistant to support a large well-maintained site in the LS7 area. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently staying active and getting their work done early in the day.
With consistent weekday hours and the potential to go permanent this role offers both stability and flexibility.
- Monday to Friday
- 06:45 AM 08:45 AM (2 hours per day)
- Total: 10 hours per week

As a Facilities Assistant youll play a key role in ensuring the site is safe clean and ready for the day ahead.
- Opening and securing the building
- Receiving deliveries (fruit milk etc.)
- Distributing items across the site
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
- Supporting general site upkeep
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Holds an Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently
- Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
- Flexible and happy working early mornings
- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
