Fabric Technician – Stafford

Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a busy facilities maintenance team based at a large commercial site in Stafford.

This is a temporary role working for a leading facilities management provider offering consistent full-time hours and an immediate start.

• End Date: 11th August 2026
  
• Pay Rate: 14.42 per hour PAYE
  

• Carrying out general fabric maintenance and repair works
  
• Basic building maintenance duties across the site
  
• Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately
  
• Reporting faults and issues to management promptly
  
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
  
• Supporting the wider maintenance and engineering team where required
  

• Previous experience within fabric maintenance or building maintenance
  
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Reliable and professional approach to work
