Job Summary
As an Events Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of the venue ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest journey. You will set the tone culture and standards across all departments.
Contract: Full Time
Salary: 45000 Yearly
Opening times
10:00 - 20:00
Open 7 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front operations
- Build lead and inspire a best-in-class team
- Deliver an outstanding highly personalised member experience
- Drive service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
- Manage financial performance budgeting and commercial strategy
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure a cohesive offering
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality private members clubs or high-end venues
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Commercially astute with a hands-on approach
- Polished professional and guest-focused
- Strong understanding of the expectations of a high-net-worth clientele
