We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Manufacturing/Process Engineering Team in Cardiff UK. This is an on-site position reporting to the Engineering Production Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns process changeovers safety actions and machine setups.
Participate in installation qualifications risk assessments PUWER and LOTO procedures.
Collaborate with process engineering to monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.
About You:
Hold an apprenticeship or equivalent formal qualifications (NVQ 3 HNC or BTEC) in production maintenance manufacture with an electrical OR mechanical background.
Thrive under time pressure working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Motivated with a strong commitment to safety quality and on-time delivery.
Desirable Experience:
Mechanical maintenance experience.
Experience with PLCs - able to interrogate and modify PLC software (Siemens / Mitsubishi).
