Working Hours: Panama Shift Pattern - Days: 5:45am - 17:45pm Nights: 17:45pm - 5:45am

Your Duties Will Include:

• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal line performance.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain product safety and quality by adhering to GMP and hygienic engineering standards.
• Promote sustainability and efficiency through responsible resource use and process improvements.
• Ensure systems remain compliant audit-ready and aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in the CMMS and communicate effectively during shift handovers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to enhance reliability and performance.
• Support team development by sharing expertise and mentoring apprentices.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar role either as an Engineering Shift Technician Maintenance Engineer etc.
• Relevant Industry Qualification e.g. HND/HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering etc.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in a food environment is beneficial but not essential
