Job Summary
Are you passionate about transforming empty properties into vibrant homes Do you have a keen eye for property maintenance and a talent for managing teams If so wed love to hear from you!
Were looking for an Empty Homes Supervisor to take the lead in bringing vacant properties back to this role youll oversee refurbishment projects coordinate with contractors and ensure homes are ready for new tenants to move in.

Were looking for someone who has experience in property maintenance refurbishment or construction an ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once and a passion for improving homes and communities.
Were not just looking for someone to maintain the status quo -were looking for someone who wants to challenge it improve it and help us do things even better.
This role will be based from our Bracknell office with periodic travel required to our wider offices based in London (W10 5BN) Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) and Yeovil (BA22 8WN). Meetings may also take place in Slough and Langley.
