Job Summary

If you are someone who takes fairness seriously you could play a vital part in upholding Kemnal values and growing our culture. As our ER Investigator you will lead disciplinary grievance and whistleblowing investigations across the Trust - working with rigour empathy and absolute impartiality.


Youll manage your own portfolio of cases produce evidence-based reports that decision-makers can rely on and ensure that every colleague - wherever they work in the Trust - is treated consistently and fairly.


Youll bring CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) or comparable investigation experience from HR policing or a regulatory setting alongside a solid grasp of employment law and the ACAS Code of Practice. Excellent written skills and the ability to juggle a caseload under pressure are essential.


This is a hybrid role: two days per week in our Sidcup office with in-person meetings as required.
