How You Will Do It
Lead Salesforce adoption governance and best practices across the EMEA region
Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related processes enhancements and user support
Partner with sales leadership to optimise sales processes and improve operational efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs that provide visibility into business performance
Analyse sales and pipeline data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement
Drive data quality initiatives and ensure the integrity of Salesforce information
Support sales forecasting territory planning and performance tracking activities
Collaborate with global teams on Salesforce enhancements deployments and system improvements
Deliver training guidance and user enablement programmes to maximise tool utilisation
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across sales operations and technology platforms
What We Are Looking For
Required:
University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce administration sales operations CRM management or a related field
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality reporting and analytics
Experience supporting sales organisations within a multi-country or regional environment
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
Experience creating dashboards reports and performance metrics
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent qualification
Experience working within a complex global matrix organisation
Knowledge of sales forecasting pipeline management and territory planning
Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools
Project management or continuous improvement experience
