Springfield Infant School and Nursery is seeking to appoint an effective and caring Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly hardworking and skilled team. You will be working under the guidance of our Early Years Leader and teaching staff to enhance the learning and personal development of our early years children in our school. You will be working within our Nursery setting to ensure our children have access to the best possible education.

We are ideally looking for an experienced and motivated individual someone who has a positive impact on pupils learning by working with individuals and small will also need to have a willingness to assist whole class teaching and learning when necessary as a general teaching assistant and be flexible according to the needs of the individuals within the school. You will need good communication and written skills and be able to communicate effectively with the children staff and parents.

Experience of supporting children with a range of additional needs is desirable although additional support and training will be offered. Most importantly you must have the aspirations and desire to make a difference by providing exceptional care guidance and support so that pupils thrive and make excellent progress.
