Duty Manager

Lisini Pub Co is a highly regarded established family run business with over 50 years experience of absolute excellence in hospitality.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee daily operations and lead the team on shift.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure standards in safety hygiene and company policy.
• Manage stock cash and daily reporting.
• Support events and identify ways to improve operations.

What You Will Need:

• Strong leadership qualities with a passion for delivering results through others.
• A hands-on and flexible approach with excellent time management.
• A customer-focused mindset and natural ability to solve problems.
• Great attention to detail and a high standard of operational awareness.
• Solid communication skillsboth with customers and across your team.
• A good understanding of health and safety licensing laws and food & beverage standards (preferred but not essentialwell train the right person).
