Salary/Hours: MPS/UPS dependent on experience
Wayman Education is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join a secondary school in Leicester from January 2027. The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging practical and theoretical Drama lessons.
The school offers a broad curriculum and encourages students to develop confidence creativity and communication skills through a range of academic and extracurricular opportunities.
Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4.
Plan creative and engaging lessons.
Develop students performance and analytical skills.
Assess and monitor student progress.
Contribute to the wider performing arts provision.
QTS or recognised teaching qualification.
Strong Drama and Performing Arts subject knowledge.
Experience teaching secondary students.
Creative approach to lesson planning.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
