Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Control track and maintain electronic and hardcopy project documentation.
- Prepare and manage document transmittals submissions and review cycles.
- Maintain uptodate document registers and ensure correct version control.
- Coordinate with clients suppliers and internal teams on document-related matters.
- Support audits quality processes and project reporting.
- Ensure final documentation packages are complete and compliant for project closeout.
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Document Controller or Project Administrator.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident managing high volumes of technical documents.
- Proficient in MS Office and PDF software; experience with Document Management Systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated audited or engineering/project environments (desirable).
- Knowledge of document control procedures version control and project lifecycles.

Note: This position is based on site at our offices north of Stamford off the A1 transport and a full driving licence will be required as we are not a public transport route.
