Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Lead mentor and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role preferably as a Director or equivalent.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated success in managing teams and driving organizational change.
