This is an exciting opportunity to join our Performance Marketing team and take ownership of Aston Martins global digital platforms. Youll play a central role in ensuring our website configurator and wider digital ecosystem deliver exceptional customer experiences support our commercial objectives and reflect the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail synonymous with the Aston Martin brand.

Working closely with colleagues across Brand Customer Experience CRM Data & Analytics IT and regional marketing teams youll help shape and deliver our digital roadmap bringing together customer insight business priorities and digital best practice to create engaging and effective experiences.

Youll lead the ongoing development and optimisation of our global website and vehicle configurator ensuring customers can seamlessly explore our products connect with retailers and engage with our brand wherever they are in the world. Using customer data analytics and performance insights youll identify opportunities to improve engagement increase conversion and continuously enhance the effectiveness of our digital platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Youll work across multiple projects and priorities balancing long-term platform enhancements with short-term optimisation opportunities and key vehicle launch activities. Youll also oversee a small team and manage relationships with external digital agency partners ensuring projects are delivered effectively and to the highest standard.

Were looking for someone who has significant experience managing customer-facing websites digital platforms or digital products within a complex organisation. Youll bring a strong understanding of digital journeys user experience analytics and conversion optimisation alongside experience developing digital roadmaps and translating business objectives into clear digital requirements.

Youll be confident using data to support decision-making and comfortable working with tools such as GA4 Tableau or similar analytics platforms. Just as importantly youll be an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders challenge constructively and bring people together to achieve shared goals.

Experience within automotive luxury premium retail or another customer-led brand environment would be advantageous as would previous exposure to vehicle configurators or complex product-led digital experiences.

Above all were looking for someone who is curious commercially aware and passionate about creating digital experiences that genuinely make a difference. Someone who can blend customer needs business priorities and brand excellence to deliver results.
