As a Digital Sales Administratoryoullsupport our Finance Part Exchange New Cars and Chat teams to ensure all appointments and sales processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Acting as the link between digital operations and our dealershipsyoullhelp deliver a seamless customer journey from enquiry topurchase all whilstcontributing towards making Stoneacre theNumber OneMotor Group.
Please note that role requires you to work from our Head Office based in Thorne (DN8).

Appointment Management: Book confirm and follow up customer appointments via our digital systems.

Deal Processing: Produce finance documents and input deals accurately into our systems.

System & Data Management:Maintainup-to-date records across all platforms.

Team Support: Liaise with dealerships and digital teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
About you

Good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent).

Basic IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Office.

Administrative experience ideally in automotive finance or a dealership environment.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

A proactive professional and positive approach.

Strong time management and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What hours will you be working
Delivering a flexible approach to shiftscovering40 hours per weekcovering department opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am -8.00pm
Saturday 9.00am 5.00pm
Sunday 10.30am 5.00pm (weekends on a pro rota basis)
