Following a comprehensive induction programme our Development Junior Associates rapidly build a balanced portfolio of work that varies by size and industry and from there you will begin to work on development responsibilities for internal and external projects.
Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to support the Development team across software development projects quality assurance activities researchtasksand data analysis.
This role is designed as an entry route into software and digital solutions development providing opportunities to build technical skills while contributing to both client and internal projects.

Key Accountabilities:
Project Delivery:Support development teams with project deliveryand codingactivities across internal tools client websitesand digital platforms.
Quality Assurance:Complete quality assurance testing against project requirements and document findings clearly and accurately.
Error Identification:Assistinidentifying reproducingand recording issues defectsand unexpected behaviour.
Market Research:Carry out desk research to supportPRSEO and campaigns.
Performance Analysis:Gather and analyse data from internal platforms and tools.
Stakeholder Reporting:Produce clear summaries and reports of research testingand data findings for project stakeholders.
Documentation Maintenance:Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
Excellence Communication & Team Working Skills:Work collaboratively with developers strategists analystsand client teams to deliver work to agreed deadlines.
Process Adherence:Follow established developmentsecurityand quality assurance processes.
Coding:Working with variousprogramming languagesincluding HTMLCSSand JavaScript.

You will be assigned abuddywho is dedicated to your learning and alongside your manager and the Academy Teamwillassistyou with any questions you may have.
Data:Youllbe working with large sets of data from the beginning of yourdentsucareer!Fromthe outset you will be spending time in Excel to learnhow toanalyseyour data.
Consultative Work:Youllfoster strong professional relationships with yourstakeholders keeping in regular contact with them through a variety of mediums whether this is through consistent email communication weekly phonecallsor sometimes regular face-to-face meetings. You will utilise your skills to understand yourstakeholders goals andobjectives.
Tools and Platforms:As aDevelopmentJunior Associate you willneed to become extremely familiar and confident working withnumerousinternalplatformsbuilt by our teams alongsideusingexternal platformsand toolssuch asGitHubandBrowserStack.Through ourtraining programme you will alsohave the opportunity totake several courses to improve and enhance your skills on a variety of other platforms.
